WEDDING INVITATION SIZES

When it comes to planning your wedding stationery and thinking about the size of the invitation, I can help! I design wedding invitations as a suite which includes the main invitation card, a details card and RSVP card, tied together and contained within an envelope.

Invitation Card

The main invitation card is usually 5 x 7 inches, allowing enough space to personalise with your names, the date, location and the time. Many couples opt for their names personalised in calligraphy which always looks gorgeous.

Details Card 

The details card gives your guests all the essential information they need to plan in advance of attending your wedding day. The details card is smaller than the invitation card to enable them to layer together beautifully. Accommodation, local taxis, gift requests and any other useful information goes to this card. If you’re unsure of how to word asking for gifts or not inviting children, then I can help with some wording guides and advice too.

RSVP Card

The RSVP card is usually A6 in size, with enough space for the guests names, their invite response and if you wish, their menu choices or any dietary requirements. You might want to ask them for a song request too, to get the party going in the evening!
