This guide will take you through the entire stationery ordering process from start to finish.


Have a browse through the collections to see which catches your eye. Remember all colours and wording can be changed, so your stationery totally reflects your vision for the big day. Take a look at our price list to get a feel for costs.


When you’re ready to request a quote, it’s time to get in touch. Let us know which collection you like, along with your colour theme and any other details you’d like for your stationery, we’d love to know about your plans for the big day. We will then provide a quote based on the requirements and quantities provided.  


When you’re ready to book your stationery and have agreed on the quote, we will send over a deposit invoice for 50%.
Once you’ve paid, we require the wording for your stationery and can then get started on your first proof.


PDF proofs will be sent to you, typically within 2 weeks of receipt of the deposit. All costs include two rounds of amendments before a final proof is sent for approval.


A final print proof is provided for approval. We can’t be held responsible any mistakes when printed, so please check all spelling, punctuation and grammar thoroughly.


On approval all items are printed and assembled, please allow 2-3 for this process.


The final balance is due before your stationery is sent. Everything is then packed up and sent via Royal Mail or DPD on a signed for service.
