All orders placed with LouPaper will be subject to these Terms & Conditions below. Please ensure that you have read these terms and are happy with them before placing your order. Any order received, or your continued use of LouPaper signifies your acceptance of these terms.

Quotes & Payment

A written quote will be provided based on your specific requirements. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date it was sent to you, and may be accepted at any time during this period.

On acceptance of the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work will commence on your order. The remaining 50% is due once your order is ready to be shipped.



Typically, we work within a 3-4 week timescale, depending on final requirements. Realistic time scales will be given on receipt of a deposit; however, these are subject to change.

If we request details by a certain date, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur (including late delivery), if you do not respond in the required time.


Design & Print Process

All details required for your order must be clearly typed and provided by email or a Word document.

Two rounds of amendments are included within your quote. If further amendments are required, these will be charged for at an hourly rate.


Due to the variables with all printed products, we can’t guarantee the final product will match exactly what is shown on your computer screen or any samples previously received. The colours in your PDF proofs may appear differently in person and we can’t guarantee they will be an accurate representation of final items printed.
If extra stationery is required at a later date, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching to your original order.


All products are designed, printed and finished by hand, and as a result, slight variations and irregularities may occur. You may notice a difference in texture, size and positioning of your stationery. These are not classed as a fault and includes both items that are printed and hand calligraphered.


Proof Reading

LouPaper is not responsible for proofreading and will not take responsibility for any errors. All orders are subject to written approval of a final proof by you which includes spelling, punctuation, grammar and text size. This is inclusive of any names and addresses being printed. We recommend that you print the proofs we send so you can check them for errors and text size. Any mistakes that are found after approval will be subject to re-printing costs.



All complete orders will be sent either via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the weight of the parcel. All parcels are appropriately packaged, can be tracked and will require signing for. Delivery charges will be added onto your invoice.

LouPaper are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage, that are outside of our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by client error, including incorrect delivery addresses, deliveries signed for by neighbours or left in ‘safe spaces’. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present at the given address to sign for the parcel on the delivery date stated.



All quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices are subject to change and will be updated accordingly. Once a price has been agreed on an order, this will be honoured unless the order changes after the quote has been approved.


Cancellations & Refunds

All orders are non-refundable. We can only accept cancellations before final proofs are confirmed and are subject to a cancellation fee. Once orders have gone to print we will not accept cancellations.


If there is a problem with your order please contact us within two working days of receipt of the order and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible.


In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel an order due to an issue on our side a full refund will be given.



All designs and photographs are the copyright and property of LouPaper. Neither you, nor a third party may replicate or reproduce any part of the design in any way without permission.


LouPaper reserve the right to use any completed projects or designs as marketing and promotional material. LouPaper reserve the right to display all work on our website and through social media channels, blogs, printed press or for any other promotional purposes. Personal details you have provided will be protected and not disclosed.

Privacy Policy
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you also agree to the conditions laid out in LouPaper’s Privacy Policy, detailed on the website.


VAT will be added to all invoices at the standard rate of 20%
