2026 WEDDING STATIONERY TRENDS

In 2026 wedding stationery is all about making memorable first impressions with joyful colour, fun designs and pretty details to make stationery truly personal to you. Let's delve into colours first...

Wedding Stationery Colour Trends for 2026

Both brown and yellow tones are taking centre stage for wedding stationery in 2026. Rich browns add sophistication and depth and of course brown has a sustainable feel too. Brown can be combined with lots of different colours, such as this sage green and cream shaped invite with wavy edges.

Sunny yellow is also a growing trend this year, bringing optimism and warmth. How perfect for this save the date for a wedding in Mallorca?!

The pantone colour of the year for 2026 is "Cloud Dancer," an off white which is always a classic and elegant colour option to select for wedding stationery or even as your whole wedding style, as shown in this stunning photography workshop shoot.

Wavy Edged Stationery

Straight lines are out and organic shapes are in! Wavy edged stationery adds a subtle charm to every piece and add a contemporary feel, whether thats on smaller stationery items or larger signs.

Whimsy Typography

Fonts with a whimsy feel bring joy to every printed word on stationery. Here's a bespoke wedding stationery collection I designed combining a whimsy font and a wavy edged border on gorgeous blush pink and burgundy card. More about the cocktail shaped place name later!

Fabric Signage

When it comes to materials in 2026, fabric signage is becoming a more popular choice amongst my wedding couples. Perfect for destination weddings where you can simply roll it up and place in a suitcase to travel with! Fabric signs look lovely placed outside where they add some light movement too. They can be printed in any colour and there are so many fabric options to choose from, from flowing silk to textured linen.

Quirky Place Names

One of my favourite trend led items I've been working on recently are cocktail shaped place names. They look so chic alongside other shaped wedding stationery. Truly personalised to you as a couple with your favourite cocktail!
