This stunning Tuscan themed wedding shoot is full of inspiration for late summer/early autumn rustic weddings. Combining my custom made earthy toned stationery with alfresco countryside dining, an intimate styled marquee and autumnal foliage and flowers. I loved being part of this styled shoot with so many talented creatives.
Rural Countryside Event Space
The location for the styled shoot was Littleton Manor Farm, a private and natural outdoor events space set within the beautiful Surrey countryside, which gives the opportunity to create, dress and design a wedding exactly as you dream of! Photographer Benjamin Wheeler captured all the stunning details, supported by photographer Emily Rose.
Rustic Alfresco Countryside Wedding Breakfast Table
Louisa Grace Interiors styled the rustic alfresco dining space with festoon lighting by Lighting with Intent. The intimate wedding breakfast table used leather, wood and amber tones adorned with late summer and early autumnal florals. Combined with beautiful crockery and soft linens and neutral toned wedding stationery.
Seasonal Florals and Foliage
The florals by Mad Lilies were Tuscan themed to give a rich and bold depth to accompany the rustic look. Seasonal and locally sourced dahlias, roses and cosmos in an array of muted browns, oranges and creams combined with fresh hops which are perfect to use as foliage for a September wedding.
The wedding menus were printed on a beautiful neutral stone card paired with personalised calligraphy brown leather place names.
Muted Tones Wedding Stationery
I created the stationery collection for this styled shoot around a muted and earthy toned palette to suit the autumn tones and Tuscany theme. I combined hand drawn calligraphy on vellum and on leather. I love using different layers, textures and materials in my wedding stationery designs.
There’s a curated collection of wedding stationery designs on my website which I can customise to suit your wedding colour palette and style.
Statement Wedding Cake
The two-tier statement wedding cake which also serves as dessert, was created by Dotty Rose. The cake design features a semi-naked cake covered in buttercream, drizzled with caramel and adorned with seasonal fruits. Looks incredible!
Bridal Separates
Miss Bush Bridal boutique provided a range of Jesus Peiro separates for the shoot. More brides are choosing to opt for separates which can then be worked into their wardrobes beyond the wedding day. A more sustainable approach to bridal wear which can be adapted to all kinds of styles. Gorgeous hair and make up by Melissa Oldridge Bridal.
Intimate Marquee Rustic Styling
The indoor space was a frame tent fronted by two Chinese hats from Inside-Outside Marquees. Styled with cream carpets and chandeliers for a luxury look. Marquees are perfect for intimate weddings and can be styled to your hearts desire to suit your wedding theme or colours! Louise Grace provided rustic trestle tables, vintage chapel chairs, rugs and hides, worn leather sofas and vintage armchairs to create the Tuscany inspired look and feel.
Rustic Wedding Signage
I also created rustic signage using hand calligraphy on a neutral background. The sign was fixed to a copper frame and adorned with foliage for backdrop styling within the marquee. On the day signage helps create a wow factor on your big day. There’s more inspiration here.
Rustic Italian Inspired Food
Delicious mini sharing platters of figs, truffle oils fresh cheeses, homemade pasta cured meats were created by Two Many Cooks to fit the Tuscan theme to bring in Italian flavours, served on rustic wooden boards.
