RURAL FRENCH INSPIRED CASTLE WEDDING

The event planner for this elegant, styled shoot, Louise Perry Weddings, was inspired by quaint villages in the South of France. Provence blue was the colour featured to bring to life the rural French-inspired wedding theme along with plenty of pastel flowers in all different shapes and sizes and foliage.

This shoot took place at Farnham Castle, a beautiful castle wedding venue in Surrey. Wedding photographer Hannah McClune captured all the details.

Romantic Pastel Wedding Table

An elegant wedding table was laid out with tall taper candles in pastel blue hues by Madlilies, beautiful pastel seasonal blooms and blue linen.

Each guest had a place setting with a personalised menu, their name in hand calligraphered glittering gold ink on a vellum layer with blue card, complete with a luxe gold wax seal.

Blue Wedding Stationery

The stationery collection used for this shoot was The Lauren which combines white calligraphy on blue card, with romantic vellum layers and gold foliage wax seals across the stationery. I love the dusky blue tones and they are a popular choice amongst couples.

The wedding invitation from The Lauren collection is an understated design for couples seeing a romantic and elegant look. Combining white calligraphy on blue card with a vellum wrap and sealed with a gold foliage wax seal.

The bride for this shoot wore a stunning delicate lace dress with a v neck, low back and full lace skirt from The Farnham Boutique.

The bride’s hair was styled into loose curls and pinned back on one side with a beautiful headpiece by Victoria Harper and a natural make up look by Lynda Darragh.
