Rebecca and Michael got married at Millbridge Court, a restored 19th century house in the Surrey countryside. A stunning winter wedding with a navy blue and touches of gold colour palette. The Hall at Millbridge was set up for the wedding ceremony with a statement curved floral arch created by Jessica Eliza flowers, featuring beautiful romantic florals and fresh green foliage. Wedding photographer Jonny captured all the lovely details of the day.
Banquet tables were set up for the wedding breakfast with a top table with fresh white linen and rustic wooden chairs. Love the ceiling decoration at Millbridge Court too!
The tables were styled with the romantic white wedding florals and foliage in glass vases with pastel beige, blue and cream candlesticks. This is a lovely example of how you can introduce colour to the tables by using glassware.
For each guest place setting, I designed the menu with white text on navy blue card with a gold calligraphy header, which looked beautiful next to the gold cutlery and gold edged crockery. The star place name was created by Cathy at The Little Paporium.
Wedding Signage
To welcome their guests in style Rebecca and Michael asked for Millbridge Court to be illustrated onto a large sign along with a welcome message and their wedding date. I designed with white on a navy background which was placed on a wooden easel. Such a lovely keepsake for the couple after the big day!
For the table plan I designed with a silver vinyl personalised calligraphy header and text on a gorgeous navy blue. This sign was styled with the wedding flowers and looked so beautiful.
I also designed order of service booklets for the couple’s ceremony which are another fab keepsake. Personalised with white calligraphy and text on a navy-blue background to match the wedding signage.
Small signs are a lovely and personalised way to let guests know any special details on your big day. The flavours of the cake are always a talking point! I designed a small sign for the flavours of the three tiers. The sign was placed in a delicate gold frame, styled next to some of the wedding florals and candlesticks. Love the intricate detail on the iced cake!
Wedding Outfits
Rebecca looked beautiful in a taffeta silk bridal gown with a v neckline and flowing skirt with her hair in an elegant up do to help secure her veil. Accessorised with a pearl necklace and pearl earrings which she later added on a leather biker jacket to mix up the look! Michael wore a black tuxedo suit with a low waistcoat and black tie combined with a crisp white shirt and very shiny shoes!
Rebecca’s bridesmaids wore steel blue silk maxi dresses with white shawls and all carried an elegant bouquet of white florals with pops of pale blue flowers and green foliage.
I was delighted to be a supplier for Rebecca and Michael’s wedding day. I wish them both a lifetime of happiness! Here’s a few more pics…
