FLORAL GARDEN WEDDING IN THE COTSWOLDS

An intimate alfresco ceremony in an orchard at the bride's family home in the Cotswolds in June, followed by a marquee reception. All the pretty details were captured by photographer Scott Stockwell and the styling was co-ordinated on the day by Smitten weddings UK.
For the ceremony the couple were wed in front of a stunning floral arch created by The Unwalled Garden using seasonal June flowers with roses from the garden, sweet peas on the vine and ammi majus. All of the guests were seated on haybales, creating a meadow feel, surrounded by apple trees.

The couple chose the Clara wedding stationery collection from my curated collection of wedding stationery designs, in a gorgeous sage green with a modern, minimalist design. Starting with the sage green welcome sign as guests entered the garden, beautifully styled with the pastel florals.

Having a clear table plan makes it easy for guests to find where they are seated. I love designing them with calligraphy headers for the table numbers.

The wedding breakfast and reception was set up in a marquee with a rustic countryside vibe. Wooden chairs and tables were adorned with pretty floral crockery, gold cutlery and romantic candlelight.

Modern calligraphy always looks stylish and I can use any colour of ink to suit your wedding colour palette. You can opt for table numbers or names to help seat your guests.

For the guest place settings, I hand calligraphered each name in white ink onto sage green card which blended beautifully with the floral charger plates hired from The Luxe Collection, pale green linen napkin and the sage green tablerunner, which is perfect for adding some texture.

A wedding menu was placed on each table, using the same cohesive colour palette of sage green and white, to get all the guests' tastebuds ready!

I can design small signs for any part of the wedding day where you want to share information with your guests. Now the cake flavours are always a popular small sign, but also let's moment for this cake created with edible pressed flowers by Toria Sefton. Wow!

I also designed this lush cocktails sign with hand calligraphy and illustrations of each of the cocktails available.

Thank you Natasha and Fionn, for choosing me as one of the wedding suppliers for your big day!
