Sharing another gorgeous, styled shoot on the blog today. Styled by Sophie Warren Weddings which fused a modern-day style with the classic charm of the quintessential English countryside. Talented wedding photographer, Rebecca Searle, captured the beautiful details on the day.
The shoot took place at Chafford Park Estate, a country estate set amongst 300 acres of enchanting lawns, woodlands, lakes and corn fields. The styled set up was all about neutral tones and blending different textures. Artificial flowers were used for the styling arrangements throughout the shoot, combining silk florals and foliage in feminine, muted tones.
Wedding Table
A muted colour palette can really wow on the tablescape combining a mixture of muted colours, tones and textures. Combined with dried florals, natural surfaces and gorgeous silks, the muted table numbers designed with modern calligraphy fit right in!
The rustic table was styled with contemporary glass candle holders, glass vases, linen-coloured candles, silk napkins and crystal glassware for a gorgeous look.
I took the modern-day style with classic charm as the inspiration for the stationery and love the juxtaposition of the modern styling against a rustic backdrop. Neutral tones of taupe and stone shades look beautiful against the natural textures. Each table place setting had a personalised place name in gold and a menu in a gorgeous dove grey.
Neutral Wedding Stationery
I designed the suite of wedding stationery in neutral tones from soft stones to grey hues which all compliment each other beautifully. Teamed with a contemporary design for a modern luxe vibe to fit this stylish shoot.
Wedding Welcome Sign
I provided a wedding welcome sign with white calligraphy on a Perspex background, styled with gorgeous blooms. A stylish way to welcome your guests on arrival.
Wedding Cake
A stunning 3-tiered contemporary cake was created by Serena at Cobi & Coco. Designed using subtle textures and muted warm colours, styled with orchids and a beautiful floating silk ribbon.
Bride and Groom Outfits
The bride had two looks for the shoot. The first a stunning slip from The Own Studio fully lined with silk and with a striking back. Paired with a pearl covered veil, jewellery from Lily & Roo, a chic low hair bun and stunning make up by Tamara Tott. While in the classic Mercedes the bride also wears a classic white headscarf for a 50’s vibe.
The groom wears a stone three-piece linen suit, complimented with dark taupe tie, handkerchief and dark grey loafers.
For the evening look, the bride wore an open back, wide leg crepe jumpsuit, complete with tight curls and a bold eye and lip.
