There are so many ways to add a bohemian style to your wedding day for a chic and free-spirited look. Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of the Stanlake Park Vineyard in the Berkshire countryside, Ever After Events, Photographer Jasmine Andrews and myself worked together on the creative concept for this boho styled shoot.
The boho romance reflected the relaxed setting of the rustic barn, combining earthy tones, loose florals with an abundance of textures and materials. Jasmine captured all of the gorgeous details beautifully, alongside videographer Jake Burgess.
Boho Inspired Wedding Table
A boho tablescape of dreams which combined fresh and dried florals displayed in ceramic and coloured glass vases. Paired with brushed brass candlesticks, textured runners, macramé place mats and gorgeous stonewear plates for all the boho feels.
A stunning macramé backdrop by Ever After Events was a beautiful feature to add to the boho vibe. Alongside natural wood tables from Academy Furniture Hire and vintage furniture from Ever After Events to reflect the tones of the colour palette and give a nod to the rustic style of the barn.
Boho Wedding Stationery
The stationery I created featured hand drawn modern calligraphy with earthy tones and delicate details. I have a curated collection of designs on my website which can all be customised to fit a boho styled wedding in earthy muted tones or the colour of your choice!
The place name was personalised with hand calligraphy and layered on a pale brown wedding menu to accompany the earthy boho table styling.
A bespoke wax seal and gorgeous silk ribbon were used on the personalised vow booklets to add to the textures used across the boho wedding styling.
Boho Wedding Signage
Wedding signage is the perfect opportunity to wow your guests on your wedding day. For the boho styling on this shoot I created large fabric banners to use as the welcome and order of events. The loose, flowy fabric paired with modern calligraphy looked fab for a boho feel.
Bride and Groom Outfits
The bride wore a stunning lace Allure Bridals dress from Debbie Rees Bridal. Hair and make up artist Melissa Oldridge styled loose curls and a feature braid for an ‘undone’ bridal look. The bride’s natural beauty was enhanced with a soft make up look. The groom wore a relaxed outfit from Black Tie featuring tweed trousers, braces and a knitted bow tie.
