PASTEL BLUE AND WHITE SICILY WEDDING

2 min read

Hannah and Sebastien had a gorgeous destination wedding in Sicily with an alfresco ceremony and wedding breakfast and incredible views. A pretty, summery colour palette of pale blue and cream was chosen and the couple opted for the Clara wedding stationery collection with its chic, minimalist design and as with all of the stationery designs, can be customised to suit your wedding colours. Hannah and Sebastien chose a finishing touch of a venue illustration to be added to the invitation. Have a browse of more finishing touch ideas here.

I always recommend fabric signage for destination weddings because it can be simply rolled up into a suitcase to travel. The material looks lovely alfresco creating gentle movement and looks so pretty with the blue ribbon bows and calligraphy touches.

The venue illustration was added to both the welcome and table plan signs. I design the table plan sign to correspond with the table layout so guests can easily find their place.

Just look at this stunning alfresco wedding breakfast setup. The pale blue and white colour palette looks gorgeous against the backdrop of the palm trees and fairy lights.

For each guest place name, I hand calligraphered onto pale blue card for a stylish touch, layered onto a white wedding menu and placed on a pale beige napkin. A beige table runner was styled with delicate white florals and pale blue candles in glass vases.

One thing I appreciate about this editable reference hub is how quickly you can move between topic areas without losing your place.
